ASP is a website programming language. Millions of webpages used ASP. All of my non-WordPress sites are in ASP – over 500,000 ASP pages in total! When ASP.net came out, traditional ASP became known as ASP Classic. In 2026, there are still over a million websites using ASP Classic.
